Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Expert, you will:
- Oversee and manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies and coordinate with internal teams to attract top talent that is a good culturally fit for our team.
- Help drive the VISA application processes for foreign employees.
- Support finance team with any HR related topics for public funding programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with our Learning & Development team to:
- Help onboard new employees.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
- Address the challenges posed by remote work, helping to implement strategies and initiatives to support employees' mental well-being.
- Assist in planning team building events and company summits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on payroll, hiring, onboarding, and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- At least A2 German language skills.
Nice-To-Have
- HR certification, such as PHR or SPHR.
- Experience in a technology or energy-focused company.
- Familiarity with remote and hybrid work environments.
- Interest and previous experience in learning & development, employee motivation, leadership training, team building, and internal communications.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
