Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Expert, you will:

• Oversee and manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies and coordinate with internal teams to attract top talent that is a good culturally fit for our team.
• Help drive the VISA application processes for foreign employees.
• Support finance team with any HR related topics for public funding programs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with our Learning & Development team to:
• Help onboard new employees.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
• Address the challenges posed by remote work, helping to implement strategies and initiatives to support employees' mental well-being.
• Assist in planning team building events and company summits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on payroll, hiring, onboarding, and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• At least A2 German language skills.

Nice-To-Have

• HR certification, such as PHR or SPHR.
• Experience in a technology or energy-focused company.
• Familiarity with remote and hybrid work environments.
• Interest and previous experience in learning & development, employee motivation, leadership training, team building, and internal communications.
• Proficiency in multiple languages.
