Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Manager (f/m/d), you will:
- Continuously develop sales strategies, implement automations, and utilize data intelligence to boost engagement for our brand neustrom in the German market.
- Naturally take responsibility and champion a healthy team spirit.
- Lead initiatives by gathering, analyzing, and structuring customer requirements to uncover synergies and potential growth areas for our business.
- Identify and engage potential partners and customers, persuading them of the benefits of our digital solutions.
- Collaborate with our dedicated colleagues from interdisciplinary teams to optimize existing customer proposals and spearhead the ongoing enhancement of our services.
- Deliver and showcase your achievements through performance metrics based on set KPIs and targets.
- Regularly prepare and present customer presentations, and when necessary, represent the company at conferences and trade shows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- Great enthusiasm for renewable energy and the energy transition
- The ability to identify, qualify and convert leads into meetings
- Strong communication skills with excellent German and very good English skills
- High digital affinity and experience with common office programs and sales/marketing tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Salesforce)
- A structured, independent and autonomous way of working and a high degree of self-motivation
- Assertiveness and open-mindedness
- Enjoy working in an international environment and bring joy and commitment working in a team
Nice-To-Have
- Professional experience in the field of energy management
- University degree
- An additional language besides German and English
